PAYMENT

For sketch commissions all payment must be made before I can begin working on the commission.

For all other works, half of the price is required before I begin work. The other half is to be paid upon approval of a sketch.

All payment is to be done over PayPal as of now. I do not accept CashApp, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Deviantart Points, Robux, or any other payment method. PayPal only.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges will be added for requests that constitute major changes. These charges will be discussed before being applied. Major change charges will vary depending on the requested change. You are also welcome to ask if a change you would like constitutes a major change at any time.

Mistakes on my part do not constitute major changes. (I.e. if I draw the hair too short or make a character a little too muscular than your description intended)

Examples of major changes are as follows:

Changing the entirety of a character's pose (i.e. you decide you want them sitting instead of standing. This cannot be done once I begin the rendering process.)

Drastic changes to the body type (i.e. the description provided to me was tall, lean, and slightly muscular, but upon being shown the sketch you request the character actually be short and chubby. This cannot be done once i have begun the rendering process.)

Complete changes to the hairstyle (i.e. a loose hairstyle was requested but you would like to change it to a crown braid. From loose to simple ponytail and vice versa do not constitute major changes.)

Major design changes (i.e. a complete outfit overhaul, the addition of engravings or insignias to armor that were not previously discussed, etc. Removal of a single item such as a scarf or cape does not constitute a major change, nor do changes in color.)

The amount charged will vary depending on the exact change and how close to completion the image is. Major changes requested I'm the sketch phase will be cheaper than major changes requested during the render phase.

REFUND POLICY

If a refund is requested:

Before completion of an approved sketch, a full refund will be issued

After completion of an approved sketch, but before the second payment is made, no refund will be issued and nothing past the sketch will be sent to you

After completion of an approved sketch and after the second payment is made, if I have not begun the render, the second half of payment will be refunded and you will get nothing past the sketch sent to you.

After completion of an approved sketch, both payments have been made, and I have begun the rendering process, no refund will be made.

POSTING

You are not to remove my signature from commissioned work, nor can it be used for NFTs, resold, marketed as your own work, or uploaded to AI generation sites like mimic. If you post the commission anywhere, please credit me and do not crop out my signature.

MY RIGHTS

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time or refuse a commission for any reason. Cancelation on my part will still follow the outlined process in the refund policy.

I reserve the right to inform other artists of commissioner nonpayment, abusive behavior, art theft, or other behavior that could be detrimental to other artists.

I reserve the right to post any commission as advertisement for my commissions or as content for my social media.
